Rarely on this blog have I ever shared a recipe. I'm not the Queen of Cooking or Pinterest. But I pinned this recipe a while back, and folks, you just have to try it. Because if I can make them (actually me & Eden) then you totally can too. They're called French Breakfast Muffins, but I prefer "Melt in Your Mouth Muffins" because that's exactly what they do. (Also because we're eating them for lunch today. We have no rules.)
Everything you need, you already have. That's another big plus for me and the reason we whipped these up on the spur of the moment today.
Just stir up your ingredients. (Or let your kid.) Pop them in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then take them out and ROLL THEM IN CINNAMON AND SUGAR. Obviously, THIS is where they get so delicious. (We used whole wheat flour to feel a little better about ourselves.)
They're finger-lickin' good!
(Just watch your little one. She may try to just eat all the sugar off the top!)
